This 1981 Mercedes-Benz 300TD was reportedly first delivered to Three Point Motors in British Columbia, Canada, and it was subsequently refurbished and modified during prior ownership. Work is said to include refinishing the exterior in Forest Green Metallic, fitting W126-sourced braking components, and installation of a 3.8-liter V8 and four-speed automatic transmission sourced from a 1984 380SE. Additional equipment includes a self-leveling suspension, a sunroof, cruise control, automatic climate control, and a Becker cassette stereo. The car was acquired in April 2021 by the seller, who has since added 1,600 kilometers. Recent work included an oil change, rebuilding the alternator, repairing wiring, and replacing the rear window and front signal lights.
